Dear Colleague,

Wishing you had the opportunity to disconnect, unwind and revitalize while
healing and learning in a one-of-a-kind immersive experience?
Don’t miss out on this unique CSLI opportunity! Come join us!

Revitalize yourself in a one-of-a-kind immersive Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) training and restore yourself in the beauty of the Berkshire Mountains. This weekend escape will provide a beautiful and nurturing space with time to let go of your everyday commitments and tune deeply into yourself and your gifts as a mental health clinician so that you may better serve yourself and your clients. This will be the perfect time to learn, practice, network, disconnect from the demands of daily life, and relax in serene accommodations while you enjoy the company of other like-minded professionals.

The location for this retreat was thoughtfully chosen as the weekend will also provide you with the opportunity to reconnect with yourself through Kripalu's many house activities which include yoga, meditation, and self-care practices just to name a few!

In this four-part educational and experiential retreat, you will join author, mindfulness expert and Zen Master Richard Sears, PsyD, PhD, MBA, ABPP to learn how to integrate empirically-supported MBCT skills that will be invaluable for both you and your clients. Participants will immerse themselves in evidence-based mindfulness techniques, as well as how to apply them with challenging clients, including how to decenter from distressing thoughts and how to engage in interoceptive exposure techniques. 8 NYSED CEUs. (OASAS approval pending.)

Don't wait to register for this restorative and healing event. Space is limited!

We hope to see you in the Berkshires!

Warmest regards,

Penny
