Counseling Services of Long Island, [Provider #2443], is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 12/16/2025-12/16/2026. Social workers completing this course receive 12 clinical continuing education credits.

APA: 

​Counseling Services of LI is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Counseling Services of LI maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

 

NBCC: 

​Counseling Services of LI is approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7813. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Counseling Services of Long Island is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.​

 

NYSED:

Counseling Services of Long Island, LCSW, PC is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists #MFT-0088.

CE is awarded during specified times. Licensing boards require full attendance at the entire training, including departure day, to receive any credit for the entire training. Please plan travel accordingly.

 

NOTE: Tuition includes one free CE Certificate. For the in-person event, after attendance has been verified, pre-registered attendees will need to log into their online account to complete the post-training online evaluation. After completion of the evaluation, participants can download/print their certificate of completion. We are unable to provide partial credit for participants who arrive late/leave early.

 

Your state licensing board determines which credit types are acceptable for continuing education hours. 

Licensing requirements vary by state, and it is the sole responsibility of each participant to determine

whether a course meets their individual licensing requirements. Please refer to your state rules and regulations.
